Startup India
Startup India is a flagship Government of India initiative launched in 2016 to build a strong ecosystem for nurturing innovation, supporting entrepreneurs and encouraging investment in startups. The initiative introduced measures including tax benefits, easier compliance, intellectual property support, funding mechanisms, regulatory reforms and recognition for eligible startups, contributing to the rapid expansion of India's startup ecosystem.
